The site is the brainchild of our client who turned to the internet having become increasingly frustrated with the traditional workings of estate agents.

Inspired by the concept of charging a one-off fee of just £42 to promote their property, Shirley has devised an easy to use website where users can upload images of their house, or search for a new home in their area. The simplicity of the site is one of its major benefits as the affordable cost structure which allows users to add as many properties as they wish for just £42.

Unlike many websites in the sector, Property 42 will benefit from an extensive advertising campaign initially in the Wiltshire and Essex areas to guarantee considerable exposure. In addition to leaflets and a regional PR campaign, a fun and funky radio campaign is currently being broadcast throughout the Wiltshire and Bath areas.
